WeatherCat is sold on a major version license basis. This means the license you purchase will work with all updates within a major version (i.e. 3.1, 3.2 etc). Upgrades to major versions (i.e. V2 to V3) from any previous version are charged at half the full price. If you purchase WeatherCat within two months of a major upgrade, you are entitled to a free upgrade to the major version release on request*.

WeatherCat comes with a 30 day money back guarantee – if for any reason within 30 days of purchase you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your money in full. We would ask however, that you fully evaluate WeatherCat during the 14 day trial-period before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

When you place your order, we receive a purchase notification. We will process your order and generate a registration email –  normally shopantibioticsonline.com this happens fairly quickly, but if your order hits us overnight, it won’t be processed until the next day. If you haven’t received your registration email within 48 hours of purchase, please check your spam mailbox in case it’s there, if not, please contact sales@trixology.com (make sure emails from trixology.com will not be blocked by your email system).

Finally, because we keep your registration details here, we can retrieve them for you should you find you’ve lost the information sometime in the future.

*For free license upgrade (within 2 months of major version release), please email sales quoting your existing WeatherCat 2 registration number. In the case of WeatherCat 3, if you purchased WeatherCat 2 after 17th January 2018, you are entitled to a free upgrade.
