If you have a question or a problem with WeatherCat, first check the FAQ and documentation (found in ‘Help’ menu of WeatherCat or here).

If your question is not answered there, a post on the forums will normally produce a quick reply. Also check with the wiki – it contains lots of useful information.

If you still can’t find the answer to your issue, please contact us; we will endeavour to answer your question as quickly as we can. Be sure to include as much detail as possible including your weather station type and, if applicable, your data logger type.
